Implement given Javascript function to AJAX form in html page by dragon33

I am looking for someone who knows Javascript/AJAX very good. Task is to implement given JS function inside regular form. The custom JS function should be triggered with "onclick" call when users hit the submit button and submit the form… (Budget: $10-$30 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
